The launch list
When you choose to sign up, we store your email address, signup time, the consent wording version, and the fact that you joined through this website. We use these to send Carta product news and launch or availability announcements, and to keep a record of your choice.
Signing up is optional and based on your consent. There is no purchase or reservation of product access. You can leave at any time using the personal removal link shown after signup, or the unsubscribe link in future emails. Removing your subscription deletes your record from the active launch-list database.
We store a one-way hash of your personal removal token. To limit abuse, the server creates a daily keyed hash of your connection’s IP address and counts signup attempts. The subscriber database does not save the raw IP address. Expired attempt records are removed during subsequent signup requests.
Optional advertising measurement
When Meta Pixel is enabled on this site, we ask before loading it. Choosing “Accept marketing” lets us measure how Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and launch-list signups. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps this tracking off. You can use the website, watch the film, and join the list with either choice. Consent to email updates is separate.
With your permission, Meta receives events for viewing the main page, starting or finishing the launch film, and a new signup saved successfully. Failed attempts and duplicate signups are not reported as new leads. We do not send Meta your signup email, form contents, or personal removal link, and we do not run the pixel on the privacy or unsubscribe pages.
Meta Pixel can receive your IP address, browser and device information, the page URL and referral information, and advertising identifiers such as the _fbp and _fbc cookies. Meta may associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for measurement and advertising under its own policies. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for its processing, retention, international transfers and privacy controls.
We remember your cookie choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. Clearing browser data removes that choice. You can change it below or through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the homepage. Withdrawing stops future pixel events and removes Meta’s first-party advertising cookies from this site; it does not recall information already sent to Meta.
Storage and service providers
The website and launch list are hosted by Cloudflare, using static assets, Workers and a D1 database. Cloudflare processes requests to operate and protect the website under its service terms. Advertising measurement, when enabled and accepted, is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for European users.
A service for sending campaigns has not been connected; no automatic email is sent by this form.
How long we keep the list
We keep your signup while the launch list is active, until you unsubscribe or we close the list.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may contact Cozy Games to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you can also contact your data protection authority.
Your email stays with the launch list
Your address is used for Carta news. It is not sold or uploaded to Meta for advertising audiences.
